
Going to a completely plant-based diet can be overwhelming. The wellness industry is fueled by the next "magic" ingredient that will protect your health. The truth is to eat well, you must eat a variety of plants and vegetables. Start by putting color on your plate. Eat vegetables in different colors. Color equals nutrients.
So how can we make a plant-based diet more manageable? Have one smoothie, one soup and one salad per day. Snacks are optional if weight loss is not an issue. Try to keep the snacks clean. Take a look at some of my favorite recipes in the next post.
